Not long after I got the opportunity to travel to Dubai, I watched that video of Ryan Doyle (www.youtube.com/watch?v=u_Kfk1…).. He inspired me to try freerunning in the desert.. Although it was sketchy as hell planning the jumps (because your take off foot would just sink into the sand) .. My timeframe was utterly inadequate, 5 -10 mins (in total) i had at the spot. I had to take my chances with the placement of my go pro.
Then and there I learned my most prominent lesson, that you absolutely have to live in the moment if you want to get the most out of life.
